Mothers’ Group provides free, professionally facilitated weekly groups for mothers with babies under 12 months.
Our groups are designed to give mothers something that can be surprisingly difficult to create by accident: regular time with the same group of women going through the same stage of life.
Where Mothers’ Group is running
Our program is currently supporting mothers across Sydney and Lake Macquarie, with more locations planned as we grow.
Inner West
Our Inner West groups support mothers from Lewisham and surrounding suburbs.
North Shore
Our North Shore groups support mothers from Roseville, Lindfield and surrounding areas.
Eastern Suburbs
Our Eastern Suburbs groups support mothers from Woollahra, Vaucluse, Rose Bay, Bondi and nearby suburbs.
South-West Sydney
Our South-West Sydney groups support mothers from Riverwood and surrounding communities.
Lake Macquarie
Our Lake Macquarie groups support mothers from Toronto and nearby areas.
Who can join?
Mothers’ Group is designed for mothers with babies aged 0–12 months.
Groups are intentionally kept small enough for genuine relationships to form and meet regularly across a term.
Our sessions combine:
professional facilitation
structured peer support
conversation relevant to the first year of motherhood
opportunities to ask questions
trusted information and guidance
time to build real relationships with other local mothers
What does it cost?
Nothing.
Mothers’ Group is delivered as a charitable initiative because we believe cost should not prevent mothers from accessing connection and support during their baby’s first year.
What if there is not a group near me?
We are continuing to explore new locations.
