Our Facilitators

Our facilitators bring specialist knowledge of infant and toddler development, alongside experience in paediatric nursing, counselling, early childhood education and parent support. They guide conversations, share practical insights and help mothers build lasting connections in their local communities.

A consistent standard across every group

To ensure consistent quality across our locations, all facilitators have completed or are working towards our shared core training requirements. These cover child safe practice, perinatal mental health, child protection, first aid, domestic and family violence, and Aboriginal-led cultural safety.

We record and verify training as it is completed and continue to improve our approach as professional guidance and community needs evolve. Facilitators offer general, evidence-informed guidance and help mothers connect with appropriate specialist services when individual care is needed.
