Our journey with Sarah began when my first baby was just five months old. Eight years later, I was overjoyed to return with my seven-month-old twins and experience that same beautiful, supportive space again. Sarah was once again incredible — gentle, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in both me and my babies. Each session felt calm, supportive and exactly what we needed. It is such a gift to return to someone who creates a space where mothers and babies feel truly understood and nurtured. I hope these groups continue to grow and support more families the way they have supported mine.
