The hardest part postpartum was feeling exhausted and overwhelmed, not knowing where to look for support, and finding the confidence to ask for help while caring for my baby. Knowing what advice to trust is hard when there is so much conflicting information. It would be wonderful for there to be more Nurturing Beginnings Mothers’ Groups.
I would highly recommend Nurturing Beginnings Mothers’ Group to all mums. It is run very professionally, and the mums are like-minded and understanding.
A mums group with no pressure is such a good space for new mums. I look forward to going each week and sharing experiences with other first-time mums.
It has been amazing to connect with other mums, and the facilitator’s insight has been amazing.
The group is the only place I’ve genuinely felt like both mum and baby have a space where they are held together. Other support often feels focused on one or the other.
